Do you comply with Covid restrictions?

Absolutley. We take the health and safety of everyone involved very seriously. All staff will sanitise before every appointment and change if necessary and wear a face mask. If you require any further precautions to be taken please don't hesitate to ask and we will be happy to accomodate.
Are your Oven cleaning products eco friendly?

They are indeed. No horrible chemical smell, no waiting to use your oven again and no impact on the environment.
Can you offer regular cleans

We are more than happy to offer regular bookings. Simply speak to us and we can get you booked in.
What payment methods are available?

We accept both cash and contactless card payments upon completition of work and we can offer invoicing for commercial clients.

Payments Accepted

Our preferred method of payment is contactless card payment using our contactless card machines on site. We can also accept cash.

Cancellation Policy

All work must be cancelled at least 48hrs before the booking otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking total.

Should we arrive to a property and are unable to gain access to the property this will also hold a fee of the full booking total.

Covid-19

We adhere to all Covid-19 restrictions. Staff will always wear a facemask onsite, always sanitise hands and change clothes between appointments if required.
