Cancellation Policy

Our customers do have the right to amend or cancel their appointment with us. in order to do this they must notify Gleam Oven Cleaning in writing by email , SMS or Alternatively you can call us on 07548069593 up to 48 Hours prior to the appointment Date and Time. Your cancellation / amendment will be deemed to have been served as soon as Gleam Oven Cleaning have acknowledged receipt of the notification. Should the appointment be Cancelled by the customer with less then 48 Hours, the right to cancel the booking will be lost and there will be a 50% charge of the agreed Price of the booking. in the event the customer of the property is not there to allow us entry or access to the oven at the agreed Date and Time of the appointment, this will be deemed as a 'No Show' which will result in Gleam Oven Cleaning issuing a invoice where Full Payment will be invoiced to the customer.
